Dress Code
Residents and guests are advised to wear clean, loose-fitting, modest clothing. Please refrain from wearing:
- Shorts and jeans (during Satsang and meditation)
- Low-cut tops, spaghetti-strap tanks, short shorts or mini skirts.
- Ragged or unclean clothing
COVID POLICY
All participants are encouraged to provide proof of a negative antigen COVID-19 test (PCR tests are still accepted) taken on one of the 3 days before your arrival day. Please submit a copy or photo of your test results through this form prior to arrival. If the test is positive we will reschedule your visit for another time. Guest and Program Cancellation Policy:
(does not apply to Teacher Trainings or Yoga Vacations)
- If a reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date, then the payment is refunded minus a $50 administrative fee.
- For reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date, the payment is refunded minus a 20% cancellation fee.
- No refund is available for cancellations made after 3:00 PM on the Day of your Arrival
- The full amount may be kept as credit valid for one-year from the cancellation date for any cancellations made before 3:00 PM on the Day of your Arrival. Personal credit cannot later be refunded.
- Person leaves early for a Program or Personal Retreat - Cannot Refund.
- Please confirm with the Ashram that your Program or Teacher Training is going ahead before purchasing flight and other travel tickets. The Ashram will not be responsible to reimburse travel tickets if the Ashram needs to cancel a Program or Teacher Training due to low enrolment or other unforeseen situations.
- Full payment is due at the time of registration, excluding Teacher Trainings and Yoga Vacations.
- SAYVA reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. If SAYVA cancels a program you will receive a full refund.
