Join us for a rare opportunity to train in person with Dr. Steffany Moonaz, founder of Yoga for Arthritis, during a special 6-day immersive training at the bucolic Yogaville Ashram in Buckingham, VA.
This Level 1: Foundations of Yoga for Arthritis Training features interactive sessions led by the expert herself. You’ll learn how to confidently and compassionately teach yoga to people with arthritis and chronic pain of any kind or severity.
