Living Yoga Training
Living Yoga Training
Live the life of a yogi for 28 days in spiritual community
The Living Yoga Training (LYT) program helps you establish or deepen your practice in a supportive Ashram environment. You will be guided by instructors who have devoted their lives to learning and imparting the wisdom of Yoga as taught by Sri Swami Satchidananda, the founder of Integral Yoga and one of the most revered Yoga masters of our time.
