People of all faiths and backgrounds enjoy the natural beauty and spiritual inspiration found at Satchidananda Ashram–Yogaville®. I have visited Yogaville several times for both programs and personal retreats. My first post-pandemic stay was as wonderful as ever. The Yoga classes are perfect for any level and meditation at LOTUS is an experience like none other. I brought my mom and aunt with me, both are yogis but have never experienced anything like Yogaville. They had a wonderful time as well and we are already planning our next visit.

Yogaville is a sanctuary where one can find peace, solace, and time for reflection. The simple and modest nature of the lodging and food help to keep the mind focused on work/learning/personal growth while there. There is a “holy” feeling in this place that lacks pretension and remains traditional with minor changes as required to exist in our modern world. The staff – from the personnel to the Living Yoga residents to the Swamis are kind, helpful, and compassionate. I returned recently after more than a decade from my last visit and it somehow felt like home when I pulled up to Sivananda Hall.
