Take a journey into the intracicacies of myofascial exploration through a vedic lens. Through this weekend immersion dive into the myofascial matrix to examine the diverse types of fascia while discovering effective methods, practices, and tools to manage this multifaceted system.
Drawing from 22 years of bodywork experience and 15 years of teaching expertise, Brie blends innovative myofascial concepts with traditional yogic principles in an easy to understand way. Through movement, stillness, breath, and various tools, each session is full of applicable practices to integrate into your daily life.
Feel like you are floating after each session with a new set of easy to implement practices to free your fascia, reveal compensation patterns, and harmonize your unique alignment. Learn hands on techniques to soothe your muscles, and feel more relaxed and at ease.
