Join us for the Celebration of Guru Poornima!
On the annual sacred occasion of Guru Poornima, devotees worldwide pay homage to their Guru. We will honor our Gurudeva, Sri Swami Satchidananda, and celebrate the Divine Light at the heart of all spiritual traditions with a special puja, chanting of the Guru Gita, and evening program honoring the 50th Anniversary of the 6 original Integral Yoga sannyasins.
- 10:00 a.m. Puja and Program in SSH
- 12:45 p.m. Luncheon (complimentary for those who attend the morning program)
- 2:30 p.m. Guru Gita Recitationin Guru Bhavan
- 3:30 p.m. Darshan at Ananda Kutir (sign up for AK Darshan in SH Lobby)
- 7:30 p.m. Special Satsang honoring the 50th Anniversary of Sannyas Initiation for our six original sannyasis. (Note that our traditional Guru Poornima Interfaith Service and LOTUS Anniversary event will take place during LOTUS Renewal weekend August 29-31.)
