A month-long residential immersion…

The Living Yoga Training (LYT) program is for sincere, dedicated people who wish to live in a Yoga community for at least one month with the intention of deepening their spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical well-being while learning to live harmoniously with others. The LYT Program offers you a month-long study of the various branches of Yoga and an immersion in the yogic lifestyle. During your stay, you will have the chance to develop a steady practice that can be integrated into your daily life. If you are a keen student, this program will be a life transforming experience. This dynamic program translates the timeless wisdom of Yoga into practical, everyday reality. Under the guidance and with the support of senior disciples and experienced teachers, the LYT program combines spiritual studies and practices with selfless service.

  • Hatha Yoga (Asana and Pranayama)
  • Jnana Yoga (Wisdom)
  • Raja Yoga (Meditation)
  • Karma Yoga (Service)
  • Bhakti Yoga (Devotion)
  • Satsang (Seeking Truth)

This LYT Program has been a wonderful, life-changing experience. I feel that my connection with my inner peace and joy has deepened and that I have developed skills that I can carry with me into the world and use in my daily life.

Turi H.

My experiences have made me question what an easeful, peaceful, and useful life requires me to do. I now have a flavor of what living like a Yogi entails. I feel I have begun to feel the benefits of this place that does all it can to help me ‘live the way.’ Reducing distractions, being in good company, following a routine of practice with established guidance has been key to my learning.
