Inside Patanjali’s Words: The Heart of Yoga – Online
with Rev. Jaganath Carrera, E-RYT 500
March 27 - 28, 2021
Take a deep dive into the heart of Yoga as you explore the words of Patanjali in this online workshop.
The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali reveal the living essence of Yoga theory and practice. This wisdom text is composed of terse, and at times obscure, revelations. Patanjali’s words, like all words, have their limitations, but they also offer us vital clues to the secrets for attaining success on the path of Yoga.
The goal? Nothing less than transcending all artificial notions of self and the universe we live in. The Yoga Sutras are an unfailing guide to understanding the inner workings of consciousness, the purpose of creation, and on suffering and the means to transcend it.
Explore this practical manual for attaining the unshakable peace that is your True Nature.

Testimonials
I love how Jaganath Carrera expresses himself, and his interpretation and commentaries on the beloved Sutras. When I first began studying the Yoga Sutras, I only had one book, another commentary. I didn’t realize the value of having multiple books to aid in understanding the Sutras. Carrera’s book is one I go to first for clarification. Highly recommended! — Karla Karoma
In simple, down to earth language Reverend Jaganath takes this classical text on Yoga and makes it approachable (as well as pleasurable) for anyone and everyone. Truly a gift for all who want to dive deeper into the heart of Yoga. Thank you Reverend Jaganath for this priceless contribution. — Matthew Grey
Thanks to Reverend Jaganath for his devoted work, and for doing such a great job explaining things to those of us who are quite “average” in our understanding and interpretation of these sacred threads. What a gift! — Rachel Wilson
Carrera does an amazing job at explaining the ancient Sutras. His book is very insightful, inspiring, and enlightening. I recommend it to anyone! Especially if you want to make positive changes in your life and lead a happier, healthier life. — Deen
