Inner Strength and Resilience
with Morganne Ashlie, M.S., LAc and Mitra Somerville, RYT 500
March 22 - 24, 2024
Ever feel like your mind is driving you crazy?
Our minds are amazing strategists, but, unchecked, create incredible confusion and disharmony. Our culture has taught us that power is the ability to get others to do what we want and to arrange circumstances according to our ego’s desires.
For harmonious outcomes for ourselves, our communities, and our planet, our amazing strategic mind needs to be grounded in the wisdom of the body and connected to higher wisdom. This integration of Body, Mind, and Spirit leads to true power, reliable Inner Strength and Resilience.
In this Inner Strength and Resilience program:
- Connect with your Source, True Self to rediscover your inner power and guidance.
- Tune your Chakras with Sacred Syllables.
- Learn how to use a Universal Mantra to harmonize your being.
- Through a guided healing journey discover inner guides for insight and inspiration.
- Learn Qigong Energy exercises to connect with earth energy.
- Release non-beneficial beliefs and replace them with transformative affirmations.
The lasting benefits this weekend will form the foundation for ongoing well-being and you’ll be taking home easy-to-use tools to deal with the mind’s tendency to overreact to the stresses of daily life.
In addition enjoy daily meditations, hatha yoga classes and Saturday evening Satsang.
“You will be surprised just how much this will help your inner peace. With some effort and patience and some work everyone can feel more at their center and content within themselves. Don’t wait to take care of your spirit/mind and the body will follow.” – Past Participant
“Morganne is very knowledgeable, accessible and good at creating a healing energy within the group.”
“Mitra is a quiet, brilliant teacher who presents the material in a well-organized and accessible manner. He balances “lecture” with practice in a perfect ratio. He teaches us HOW to do the practice and then we practice. I feel like I have tools to bring with me. Because we actually did the practice during the workshop, I feel layers of healing have happened already. Thank you.” — Maureen Anderson
