A Weekend of Rewilding

with Tara (Becky) Eschenroeder, E-RYT 500, RCYT, YACEP

November 7 - 10, 2024

Are you ready to dream wide awake?

Do you feel like you are on the cusp and just not sure what the next step is?

This program is for you if you are in the midst of change and need support in gaining clarity in order to make courageous transformation from a place of self-trust, instinct, and intuition with a supportive group of like-minded souls to walk with.

This experience is for all humans longing for a reconnection with their own inner wild and knowing; a journey back to the deep wisdom within. You are invited to join us for a weekend of holding space for the sacred remembering of our internal compass; our instinct and intuition.

Throughout our time together, we will explore tools that can be utilized in everyday life that will provide manageable and breathable ways to occupy and live the life of your truth and integrity.
These tools will include (and will not be limited to) journaling prompts and discussion, exploring the felt sense, dreamscape hiking, meditation, visualization, integration between sessions, breathwork and asana.

Included in this weekend of self-exploration will be the rhythms of Druminyasa. Feel the vibrations as you connect breath, heartbeat, mind and body to a vinyasa flow led by Tara and to the beats of the drums by percussionist Brad Ellsworth of Druminyasa. Stripping away the distractions of everyday life, we will get back to basics, cultivating our ever present and universal truth that lies within.
Join us as we share in sacred remembering of our internal compass; our instinct. The answers lie within, and the path is made by walking it. Keep going….

Testimonials

“Tara is an amazing mentor, teacher, coach and human. Encouraging thought, tough conversations and exploration no matter where you are in life. She has helped in my worst and best times in navigating life and relationships. Whether on the mat, on a hike, at a retreat, zoom, phone call or in a hug, she loves and cares with her whole body with zero judgement. Tara knows how to get you to dig deep into spaces of the unknown. Forever grateful to call Tara my mentor, my teacher, my coach and most of all a very dear friend.” -Karen, Mentee and Student

“Working with Tara and receiving her guidance has impacted my life mostly in the way of remembering the connection we have as humans with Mother Nature and trusting that when we take time to still the mind and connect to all that is around us we receive far more than we think we do. Tara’s genuine curiosity for your feelings and her heartfelt support for your well being shows in every action and every word she expresses whether in the form of verbal or written communication. Her continued support as a mentor and teacher has not only inspired me to be brave in this big world but reminded me that I am deserving of all I desire and that I have the tools to make my way on my own path, one big YES at a time!” -Amber Rose, Mentee and Student

“As someone who has suffered from depression and the incumbent cynical world view for too many years, I have found a teacher, a mentor whose positive, joyful attitude based on a love of nature and the art of living in the now has given me some tools to focus on the beauty of life in just “Being.” Tara’s authenticity embraces each individual in her path with unconditional compassion, friendship and love. She has helped me see into the Eye of My Heart, given me hope and joy in simply living.” -Anonymous

TARA (BECKY) ESCHENROEDER(SHE/HER)— A 500 HOUR E-RYT, RCYT, YACEP, CERTIFIED COACH, AND SELF-PUBLISHED AUTHOR —IS AN ACCOMPLISHED YOGI WHO WAS VOTED AS ONE OF THE TOP THREE YOGA INSTRUCTORS BY RICHMOND MAGAZINE With some teachers, the lessons are planned. They are practiced. They are rehearsed. And they are perfected to a tee. But Tara Eschenroeder offers a different experience. Teaching was Tara’s Dharma long before she realized it. She grew up with a bow and arrow in her hands, learning to pull back with just enough aim and control to send her arrow into the abyss, knowing and trusting it…
