Have you been curious about Ayurveda but don’t know where to start? This weekend immersion provides unique insights into this yogic sister-science while dispelling the complexities of Ayurveda. Gain a comprehensive yet accessible understanding of Ayurveda with the ability to integrate these principles into your daily life.
