You will stay at a beautiful hotel and retreat center, situated on the picturesque shore of Lake Atitlan. Only three perfect volcanoes punctuate an uninterrupted skyline view. Here, you can relax and experience an ideal place for people in search of rest, reflection and ageless natural beauty.
This unpretentious, thatched-room complex has comfortable rooms, spacious gardens, a restaurant and a beautiful facility for Hatha Yoga classes, meditations and retreats. The restaurant, with a stunning view of the lake, offers a culinary-conscious menu for vegetarians. A nutritious, eclectic blend of local and international cuisine, created from Guatemala’s cornucopia of fruits and vegetables, is available three times a day. Baked goods are produced daily.
Our daily schedule will include meditations, two Hatha Yoga classes per day and presentations from our featured senior presenters. You will have plenty of free time to swim, sunbathe, go for walks, simply relax and get to know your fellow travelers. Day trips outside of Lake Atitlan will be available for an additional fee. $50 discount if paid in full by 12/31/2014; no other discounts apply.

Swami Asokananda, E-RYT 500, a monk since 1973, is one of Integral Yoga’s foremost teachers. His teaching comes out of his own practice and experience, having absorbed the wisdom of his Guru, Sri Swami Satchidananda since the age of nineteen. While he enjoys sharing the practical wisdom of the Yogic philosophy, he also loves his practice of Hatha Yoga, and is one of our primary instructors for Intermediate and Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. He presently serves as president at the New York Integral Yoga Institute. Before this position, he served as the President of Satchidananda Ashram–Yogaville® and Integral Yoga® International.
Ram Wiener, RYT-500, Ram is one of Yogaville’s foremost administrators and teachers. He is an instructor for the Basic Level Hatha Yoga teacher-training program and holds teaching certifications in Meditation, Raja Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Intermediate Hatha Yoga. He is a dynamic and informed instructor on a variety of topics ranging from the many branches of Integral Yoga to Spanish language instruction. Ram is also Vice President of Programs and oversees the Integral Yoga Teaching Academy. He is the guiding light of Yogaville’s Department of Program Development and Advertising as well as the foundation for the Ashram’s business development.
Ram is a native of Central America and is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, French and English. He has organized many successful tours in Latin America, including Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Peru.
