Testimonials

Truly amazing. Exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who might be interested. The material was presented in a way that I was able to understand and retain. [The staff was] very helpful, very supportive and knowledgable. Helped me to better understand and coached me into the right posture. — Kim C.

I learned a lot. The program addressed my body and mind. It totally changed me. I found the most valuable teaching workshops, classes that demonstrated asanas and knowing the benefits. The different variations and the adjustments and common mistakes were very valuable. Relaxations and breathing techniques also very beneficial and I learned a lot from pranayama lessons. — Past Participant

Exceeded my expectations. Very thorough, good amount of repetitions coming from different angles. — Past Participant

I expected that the program would be holistic, authentic and pure. It proved to be all of that and so much more. Everything was super. I feel that the Ashram is a manifestation of the teachings and the science. What I felt on the inside was consistently present around me in physical form in various ways. — Past Participant

I felt so much love from everyone here at Yogaville. I received way more than I had expected to receive. I’m eternally grateful. This training changes lives. There is no way to ascribe value to a system that changes lives the way Swami Satchidananda does. — Mati B.
