“Forgiveness is the key to happiness.”— A Course in Miracles
Join us on Easter weekend for this online program based on Christian principles and terminology. A Course in Miracles focuses on “The Forgiveness Principle”—a crucial aspect of the path of Yoga and key to our emotional health. This weekend will explore the place of forgiveness in our spiritual practices. A Course in Miracles can be seen as a form of Christian Yoga, practicing forgiveness, which accelerates our progress in reuniting with our true Self.

Forgiveness ends any conflict. The Course’s principles can guide us through those times when forgiveness doesn’t come easily. It can help us open our hearts and restore health to our bodies and joy to our hearts.
Through the application of Course principles, you can learn to:
- Forgive and be forgiven
- Release guilt, fear, or worry about anything in your life
- Regain control of your life by illuminating the link between forgiveness and karma
- End long-standing conflicts, arguments, and criticisms, making peace with anyone or any condition in your life
- Undo any condition or addiction that causes you to suffer
- Strengthen the connection with your Inner Teacher and Guide
Discover and use simple procedures of the Course like the “Holy Instant” to overcome fear, anger, or depression. You can become a “Happy Learner” in life, and transform unhappiness into the happiness that is your birthright. Transform over-seriousness into happy laughter.
Additional lessons include: Why your part is essential in the world’s healing; how to tell Truth from error and reality; how our judgment injures us; why there is nothing to fear; why we are never upset for the reason we think; why we see only the past; how time is an illusion, “although a persistent one”; and why peace cannot be outsourced.
Live sessions on Saturday at 10:30 am–12 pm and 2:30–4 pm and Sunday at 10:30 am–12 pm ET.
You will have access to the video recordings for 8 weeks after the program ends, until May 30.
In addition, you will have access to the Ashram’s Live Hatha Yoga classes at 5 pm ET, recorded Ashram meditations, and inspiring talks with Sri Swami Satchidananda. You will also have access to an online social community to connect and communicate with other participants about this course

I found the teacher, Bharata, full of in-depth wisdom on the subject of forgiveness. He fulfilled the ability to answer everyone’s questions and gave me the feeling of peace and happiness from being in his presence. He helped and encouraged people in the class to work together, which gave a supportive feeling. Overall, I highly recommend this course to everyone who wants to learn how to forgive others and themselves. — Harrison Edwards
The concepts of The Course In Miracles can be difficult to articulate, but Bharata has embodied them so well that they are clear and easy to grasp. For me, there were several moments of illumination as my mind grasped and understood the material. Bharata has the gift of joy and knowledge along with wisdom that defines a good teacher. — Angela V.
