Satya Greenstone is the most knowledgeable senior teacher in the Integral Style of Yoga. Her presentations are thoughtful and filled with the spirit of Gurudev. She knows how to offer her knowledge through kind and compassionate teachings that make everything about the program reachable for any level student. — Madhuri Lavender
Satya is always the consummate presenter. She is knowledgeable, steeped in the Integral Yoga Hatha tradition, and lives her practice. She is patient, kind, accessible, and funny, yet serious about the importance of the practice of Yoga to develop and maintain a healthy body, sound mind, and peaceful spirit. I have taken many trainings with Satya, and she never fails to maintain high standards for the practice delivered in a compassionate spirit. — Ann “Daya” Simas Schoenacher
Satya is a wonderful and knowledgeable teacher who will tend to everyone in the program. She will answer everyone’s questions, concerns, and validate comments. She makes sure that everyone is comfortable and encourages that throughout the program, to tune in and to focus inward, to use enough effort and challenge but to be mindful. I would seriously recommend it to people who suffer from osteoporosis, osteopenia, and instructors working with that population and for their overall knowledge. She is friendly, has a sense of humor and will share what she knows as a Yoga teacher, and as she said, “I am not a doctor, a nutritionist, a scientist, but a Yoga instructor and will share what I know.” — Myrena (Mridani) Sint Jago-Sherrod
