If you’ve tried meditation or mindfulness, you may have discovered that your mind suddenly became very active. You spent your time re-organizing your “to-do” list, daydreaming, or lost in negativity. Perhaps you thought, “I’m no good at meditation”. If you’ve wondered what to do about the obstacles in meditation, then join us for a refreshing look at uncovering peace of mind.
In this workshop you will:
- Learn body-based meditations
- Make friends with the breath
- Develop the witness (mindfulness)
If you’ve tried meditation and haven’t found the right approach for you, or if you need a tune-up, come learn how to use simple, enjoyable techniques to calm and focus the mind. Peace of mind is deep within all of us, and meditation is the key.
