ONLINE COURSE | Access to Higher Guidance: Learning to Listen to Intuition
with Swami Vidyananda, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT
February 23 - 25, 2018
Guidance and protection are there for everyone at every moment in the form of intuition. Too often, we don’t hear our inner guidance due to our mental chatter and physical tension. Integral Yoga offers an abundance of methods to tune in and learn to hear the subtle promptings of your higher self.
You’ll learn how to use:
- Hatha Yoga poses and relaxation to quiet your whole being
- The portable power of the breath to center yourself in day-to-day life
- Meditation, affirmation, and prayer to open up to higher wisdom
- The road to peace that comes from following your guidance
These methods are not tied to any one religion, and there are many options for agnostics and skeptics, too. A focused mind and relaxed body can lead to deep insights and remove many obstacles in our daily life. This workshop will be a many-faceted approach to getting in touch with your inner wisdom.
Online participants will require a stable chair, two pillows, and Yoga mat (or blanket) for Saturday afternoon session.
Continuing Education Opportunities
- Yoga Alliance (YA): Approximately 7 non-contact hours
- Integral Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA) can provide you a CE certificate of your program’s total contact hours. For more information, email [email protected].
