Join the Rev. Metros for a time of renewal, rekindling of hearts, and exploring your relationship with your beloved. This couples weekend will use the powerful techniques of Integral Yoga to renew and recharge your relationship. It includes practices to support an open, loving, and fulfilling partnership.

• Couples Hatha Yoga—no experience necessary

Time for discussion and to ask questions will be given at each session.

This course is offered during Camp Yogaville for couples who would like to strengthen and deepen their relationship while the kids are at Yoga Camp.

The Reverend Metros bring a wealth of experience into their couples workshops; they have been married 53 years and have 40 years in Integral Yoga under the personal guidance of Sri Swami Satchidananda. They have a large extended family—6 children and spouses, 15 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Their love and delight in the householder path shine throughout every aspect of their lives.
