Peaceful Weight Loss Workshop

with Brandt Bhanu Passalacqua and Anna Neiman Passalacqua

May 4 - 6, 2018

Join nationally recognized weight-loss facilitator and author of Peaceful Weight Loss Through Yoga, Bhanu Passalacqua, as he introduces you to the concepts and practices that have helped him and his students lose weight and find balance in their lives. You’ll explore easeful, breath-based Hatha Yoga as the foundation for developing eating and lifestyle patterns that will help you find your balance.

Peaceful Weight Loss is a gentle, restorative practice that helped its creator and facilitator, Bhanu, lose over 100 pounds. It includes Yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, suggestions for dietary changes, and time for questions.
This program is for everyone—no previous Yoga or program experience is required. If you have already attended a Peaceful Weight Loss workshop, you will have an opportunity to deepen your practice.

This program continues for three more days into a six-day weight-loss retreat, where you can practice the concepts fully in a peaceful, supportive environment.

Brandt Bhanu Passalacqua
Brandt Bhanu Passalacqua is a certified Integral Yoga teacher and Structural Yoga Therapist. After struggling with weight, food and substance addiction, and serious illness, he discovered an easeful, restorative Yoga practice. He teaches Yoga for weight loss, injury, and chronic conditions privately in Manhattan, NYC, and Northhampton, MA. He is the author of Peaceful Weight Loss Through Yoga. See more at

Anna Neiman Passalacqua
Anna Neiman Passalacqua is a food and lifestyle coach and certified Hatha and Peaceful Weight Loss Yoga teacher. After years of struggling with weight and body image issues, Anna discovered Yoga and the power of a daily practice. As her perspective and lifestyle shifted, so did her body. Today, in addition to teaching group Yoga classes, Anna works with private clients of all ages, helping them to connect with their own best selves and make lifelong change. Based in Northampton, MA, she is co-creator of At Home with Peaceful Weight Loss.
