Taoist Autumn Workshop: Restore Your Qi

Come learn Taoist cultivation practices to restore your Qi (life force energy).
This workshop will teach some of the fundamental practices of the Integral Way passed down from the Ni Family Traditions. This tradition, transmitted through an unbroken succession of seventy-four generations, is maintained by Grandmaster Ni Hua-Ching and his sons Dr. Mao Shing Ni and Dr. Dao Shing Ni.
Participants will be introduced to:
- Tai Chi
- Eight Treasures Qigong
- Taoist Yoga
- Taoist meditation
- Wisdom of Tao Te Ching
The purpose of the program is to cultivate energy and restore one’s precious life.

Paul is a naturopath, herbalist and Asian bodywork therapist. He has been associated with the Ni Family Traditional practices since 1989, and travels to Los Angeles each year to advance his own practice. He is certified by the Chi Health Institute of the College of Tao in the Ni family’s Eighteen-Step Harmony-Style Tai Chi and has been a Yoga teacher since 1972.
