Join Chelsea for a weekend focused on setting the foundation for a Yoga practice that is both accessible and sustainable. This workshop is ideal for both beginners and regular practitioners who are ready to deepen understandings for how Yoga can be used as a tool for connection, self-care, and grounding in purpose.
In this workshop you will:
- Engage in journal writing, discussion, and literature
- Practice accessible physical asanas (postures)
- Acquire the tools to establish a home Yoga practice
- Have the opportunity to practice reflection
- Connect with other Yoga practitioners who are beginning their Yoga journey
Prior knowledge of Yoga is not required and all variations of experiences will benefit from this weekend. Chelsea’s ability to integrate Yoga in nuanced ways places emphasis on the way Yoga influences your experiences in the world and even your relationship with your own body.
Chelsea’s unique technique of cultivating community through Yoga illuminates how Yoga can make you more aware, compassionate, and a reflective human being.
Testimonials
This experience with Chelsea was pure LOVE. It was just what I needed.
There were things that needed to be felt more than said and I appreciate Chelsea allowing me the space to heal and express. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I’m so grateful for this experience. There are very few people who offer to hold space for those who hold space for other people. There is a special place for those who heal the healers.
