Fall Silent Retreat: Even Nature Takes Time to Renew
with Swami Gurucharanananda "Mataji," Retreat Director, with Senior Staff
October 5 - 8, 2017
Autumn is a season of introspection. Even nature is ready to retreat! It is the perfect time for us to go within, reflect, and apply daily learning to daily living during Yogaville’s annual silent retreat.
Though we all have similar family, job, or societal challenges, there is uniqueness in the way each of us apply and benefit from them. During this retreat, the spiritual practices of Yoga will help you apply their teachings toward meaningful changes in your daily life.
Join us to reconnect with the benefits of your spiritual practices.
The talks, practices, and reflections will help you to:

- Acknowledge your essential oneness yet be proud of your innate uniqueness
- Awaken new talents that have not yet been recognized
- Use the 5 Integral Yoga paths to nurture your 5 human needs
- See life as an ever-new, challenging, and exciting experience
- Respond with personal effort to make progress toward your goals

I come to Yogaville when I am feeling overexerted and burnt-out emotionally. A lot of time I observe silence on my own and Mataji’s guided meditation classes always resonate with me, so when I saw she was leading this retreat, I signed up right away. I am so happy I came. — Elisabeth M.
