This instructive and experiential weekend includes Kundalini Yoga sets, breathing exercises, meditation, nutritional therapeutic formulas, and detoxification recipes that support whole-body rehabilitation. Additionally, you’ll explore how the addictive personality is imprinted on the psyche and how to recalibrate its patterning.
