Take the opportunity to relax, recharge, reflect, and go deeper on your spiritual journey, reduce stress and take the time to relax. Yogaville is an oasis from the hustle and bustle of your daily life where you can wrap yourself in the timeless teachings of Yoga. Use the peaceful atmosphere of the Ashram and the daily schedule of Yoga practices to help you recharge. Perhaps you would like time to honor yourself, to ask contemplate “What is really important to me? What steps can I take in order to gain inner peace, balance, and harmony? How can I lead a joyful and useful life?”
Our Personal Retreats offer:
- Private accommodations in our dormitory or guest houses
- Three vegetarian meals daily
- Three group meditation sessions daily
- Two Hatha Yoga classes daily
- Scripture study
- Personal, spiritual mentoring by a monastic or minister
- Number of Mentoring Sessions will vary on an individual basis
Your schedule can be open or more structured, depending on your needs. You can also choose to spend some or all of your stay in silence if you wish.
One of our senior monastics or ministers will be available to support you throughout your stay.
You can meet with your mentor at the beginning of your retreat to help clarify your goals and design your program.
