Integral Nature Retreat: Connect & Grow
with Wanda Knapik
April 18 - 21, 2024
Leading up to Earth Day on April 22, connect and grow during this weekend nature immersion. Experience the miracle of growing food on Yogaville’s organic farm and the relationships of the interconnected web of life on earth. Reset to your true self, connected to all that is, on earth and in the cosmos.
Days and evenings will be full of playful reverence alongside plants and pollinators. Rejuvenate the mind, body, spirit, in the natural world while connecting with the seasonality of food and nature’s rhythms and patterns. Learn practical skills including: how to grow food, care for plants from seed to harvest, and how organic practices create healthy, vibrant meals on your plate.
Deepen your connection to the outdoors by walking in nature and taking time to be present to the astonishing beauty and abundance around you. Enjoy gentle QiGong movements and breath exercises that can help bring presence and centeredness to your time outside in nature.
While you are here, take advantage of all that Yogaville offers:
- Delicious plant-based organic vegetarian meals
- Karma Yoga on Yogaville’s organic farm
- Group meditations
- Hatha Yoga classes
- Visits to the beautiful shrines located within Yogaville’s 750 acres
- Access to extensive hiking and walking trails on the property
What to Expect
Bring clothes to be in any type of Spring weather: cool, hot, wet, dry or humid. We will be outside during morning and afternoon hours, on the farm and in the greenhouse, breathing fresh air and moving our bodies gently and respectfully. All levels of agility and ability are welcome. Gentle Qi Gong movements can be seated. Express yourself as you are called to, in the moment.
Printed and digital QiGong material will be provided to support your new or deepening QiGong practice.
All Are Welcome
This retreat is open to everyone, from beginners to advanced gardeners, Yoga retreatants and Qi Gong practitioners. Bring an open heart and join the fun.
Those who are new to planting seeds and performing farming/gardening tasks will receive full instruction. Those with experience will have the opportunity to learn more from the natural wonders on the farm.
