Live Event: The main program sessions are live and all sessions are in ET. The live sessions will be recorded and posted to the Online Programs access page if you are unable to join us live for that session. Recordings* are usually posted within one day and are available to program participants and presenter(s) only.

New Year’s Silent Retreat – Online

December 28, 2022 - January 1, 2023

Reflect deeply, renew your inspiration, and restore yourself in the sanctuary and solace of the Integral Yoga community during the annual New Year’s Silent Retreat – Online.

Take time to step back from the demands of daily life and reconnect with your inner peace. Through the practices of mouna (silence) and Yoga, you will become reacquainted with your true nature of peace and joy.

Join like-minded seekers for a time of self-discovery. The benefits of silence continue long after the retreat ends—you’ll go forward with tools you can use to enjoy a more peaceful, useful, and happy life.

Live sessions on Wednesday evening, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday all day, and Sunday morning, with breaks and optional recordings and activities.

You will have access to the video recordings for 8 weeks after the program ends, until February 26, 2023.

In addition, you will have access to recorded Integral Hatha Yoga classes, meditations, and inspiring talks with Swami Satchidananda. You will also have access to an online social community to connect and communicate with other participants about this course.

What to Expect

Since 1970, Integral Yoga Silent Retreats have provided the serenity everyone needs from time to time. Surrounded by a peaceful woodland landscape, you will immerse yourself in silence while teachers offer experiential classes in:

  • Yoga philosophy
  • Meditation
  • Breathing techniques
  • Yoga postures
  • Deep relaxation

Support

During the retreat, you will have the opportunity to seek support and clarification by asking questions in written form.

Private mentoring is also available.

All Are Welcome

These retreats are open to everyone, from beginners to advanced Yoga retreatants. Those who are new to meditation or Yoga practices will receive full instruction, while those with experience will have the opportunity to deepen their practice.
