with Swami Ramananda, E-RYT 500
The natural movement of love and compassion is a powerful element of human life and an important part of the spiritual path. This program provides an in-depth exploration of how the energies of the heart can assist us in meeting challenges and accessing a wellspring of inner strength.
Swami Ramananda will focus on the yogic approach to concepts like faith, surrender and devotion, and the potent nature of commitment. You will use guided reflection, discussion and spiritual ritual to rise above the limitations of the mind and experience the release of opening the heart.
We can all learn to tap into this aspect of ourselves to find meaning, inspiration, and the profound peace that is our true nature.
Official times for check-in: 4 pm and check-out: 2 pm
