Freedom Yoga is about growing into your own personal, authentic expression of Yoga.
This is not an inherently strenuous practice, but it is advanced. It requires that you be brave enough to follow your deepest impulses about what feels right and what doesn’t. This isn’t always easy.
A lifelong yogi, Erich Schiffman developed Freedom Yoga to promote an energized relaxation that helps clarify your deepest longings and motivations. The poses are taught in such a way that they help you experience your basic truth, as well as make you more intuitive.
Freedom Yoga involves the development of self-trust based on the growing conviction that you are the specific and unique self-expression of that which is ultimately trustworthy: life, love, truth, presence, and God.
During this retreat, you’ll weave meditation, asana, and everyday activity into the ability to listen inwardly to your heart and conscience, so that the intelligence of the universe becomes your common sense.

About the Instructors
Erich Schiffmann developed his own approach to Yoga through a lifetime of dedicated study. He is world-renowned for his approach, and travels extensively to hold workshops, retreats, lectures, and teacher trainings.
