Hari OM. We’re happy to announce that we’re moving forward with our plan to fully reopen Satchidananda Ashram–Yogaville in the coming year!
A year ago, we introduced our Integral Yoga Sadhana Weekends, Silent Retreats, and Residential Volunteer Program. This year, we once again offered our 200-hour Basic Hatha Teacher Training. To keep our programs available to those who are not able to travel to the Ashram, we’re also continuing to host online programs that connect yogis all over the world. We’re grateful for the opportunity to welcome and serve all our participants. It has been our joy to be able to gather together safely to practice, to serve, and to learn with each other.
The well-being of the entire Sangha remains continually in our hearts and prayers. As the situation with Covid-19 changed, we have continued to adjust our health policies accordingly. Starting today, we are welcoming everyone, regardless of vaccination status, to participate in our programs at the Ashram. In order to prevent the spread of Covid-19, we will continue to focus on testing. Further information about our current health practices is available on our website.
Our goal is that the Ashram will be serving at full capacity in the next year. We are on track to offer Guest Stays this Fall, followed by the Living Yoga Training (LYT) Program later this year. Early next year, we plan to welcome day visitors. We will take these steps forward and send out further announcements as we develop our staffing and capacity.
Satchidananda Ashram–Yogaville is here for you. We welcome you to come share peace, joy, and spiritual nourishment with us. Thank you for your dedication to Yoga, for your support of the Ashram and Integral Yoga, and for your service in the world. We look forward to gathering with you at the Ashram!
