After posting our most popular recipe, The Amazing Almond Dressing, we were flooded with email requests for others—chiefly the Hollyhock Dressing, a staple of our summer salad bar.
This light dressing is an savory twist oil-and-vinegar.
Yields: about 1/2 quart
1/3 cup tamari
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup water
1 cup olive oil
1 cup nutritional yeast
Blend all the ingredients until an even consistency is reached.
