About the Instructors
Letícia Padmasri, M.A., E-RYT 500, is a certified Integral Hatha Yoga teacher in the Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels, as well as a certified Raja Yoga teacher. She holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science, a master’s degree in education, and has dedicated many years towards the study of exercise physiology. Her interest in the body’s structure and function, combined with her love for the philosophy of Yoga, supports students in experiencing the true depth of the Yoga asanas.
She teaches Hatha Yoga and workshops in Yogaville and Brazil. She is Yogaville’s primary anatomy and physiology teacher, and has been administrating Yoga teacher trainings and workshops at the Academy since 2008.
Sadasiva (Kurt) Schroeder, E-RYT 500, began his Yoga career as a Karma yogi in 1996. Since then, he has enjoyed continuous practice—which includes helping other like-minded individuals find optimal health, inner peace, and a deeper understanding of existence.
He has taught Hatha and other forms of Yoga at workshops, retreats, college campuses, and a variety of other settings for many years. Sadasiva began assisting teacher trainings in 2007 at the Integral Yoga Institute in San Francisco, and in 2009, he began serving as main instructor for the basic level teacher trainings. He also serves in the Integral Yoga Ministry program.
Sadasiva currently lives in Boulder, CO, where he is pursuing a master of divinity degree at Naropa University.
