A Yoga Beach Vacation–and the Outer Banks is a beach unlike any other. No high rise buildings and little traffic allows for a peaceful escape and the perfect end to summer.
We begin each day with meditation and hatha yoga followed by a delicious breakfast of fresh fruits and healthy grains. Late afternoons we offer restorative yoga, slow flow or partner yoga. A few hours of free time in the morning and afternoon can be spent meditating to the sounds of the ocean or simply taking in the sand and sun. Enjoy a relaxing dip in the pool or soak in the hot tub at our beach house located one block from the ocean.
Each day we will offer a morning workshop or evening program in addition to the daily meditation and hatha yoga. Morning workshops will enhance your personal practice, focusing on topics such as meditation, pranayama and laughing yoga. Evenings our experienced Integral Yoga teachers will offer uplifting and lighthearted talks on yogic lifestyle and philosophy. A few evenings will be free to explore local restaurants and sights (restaurant meals not included). A group outing will be decided among the group with possibilities of kayaking or seeing the local wild horses or the great dunes of North Carolina (additional cost may apply for outing).
Vegetarian breakfast and lunch served daily, as well as dinner on the first, third, and last evening. Having our own personal chef for the week makes the vacation deliciously complete!
The laid back atmosphere of the Outer Banks is the choice setting for a healthy and spiritually uplifting yoga vacation.
Options for massage or Thai Yoga sessions will be available at an additional cost.
