Communication around the concept of core stability has made it an essential component of a daily exercise routine. This is one of the reasons why it is very common to hear Yoga students talking about the core. The key is to learn how to use core stability to take us to the source of our inner strength. This workshop is a great chance to have a comprehensive understanding of this topic. By acquiring the ability to develop core stability, one can create a real opportunity to deepen a Yoga practice.
Merge into the essence of core stability during this special weekend. You will learn different ways to develop core stability in your own practice by respecting your body’s architecture, while maintaining balance and harmony. Those who are teachers will also learn how to share this knowledge with students.
This workshop will specifically shed light on:
• Identifying the interaction of the different muscles involved in core stability
• Developing core strength and core mobility
• Exploring yoga asanas that focus on core strength and mobility
• Understanding the connection between core stability and breath
• Improving your seated meditative asana for a deeper meditation experience
