Yoga Nidra is the ultimate power nap of deep healing and profound restoration. It is the perfect antidote to stress, depression, exhaustion and feeling overwhelmed. The best part of Yoga Nidra is that you don’t have to do anything other than lay in an easy and comfortable relaxation pose called shavasana, listen to Kamala’s magical voice and mentally follow her instructions.
During the program, your experience of Yoga Nidra will help you to:
