This workshop is suitable for couples, friends, adult child and parent, siblings, etc.
Have you and your partner wished you could give each other massage? Talked about taking some massage training, not to become professional massage therapists, but just to serve each other? Have you wished your partner could help you with your aches and pains at the end of the day? Or, wished you had the skills to help your partner in the same way? Here’s your chance. Afraid you’ll forget what you learn during this weekend? At the end of each class, Rev. Vidya will give you the opportunity to video the essential points with your phone or camera as she reviews the session, demonstrating on her partner as she explains.
Spend a weekend enjoying closeness with your partner or friend, learning and sharing together in the healing practices of Integral Yoga, along with classes in how to massage your partner and do some simple enjoyable partner yoga together. We’ll look at giving your partner exactly the massage they need, rather than doing it the way WE like it. We’ll learn simple techniques to alleviate common problems and create sweet communion with our partners. We’ll also explore creating a short set of partnered yoga you can do together to enhance your regular individual yoga practice. We’ll incorporate communications exercises to enhance the massage and Yoga and prepare you for the best Valentine’s Day ever, as well as learning skills that will enhance your relationship day in and day out forever.
