Julie Lusk, M.Ed., C/RYT-E500, has over 30 years of experience with yoga, meditation, guided imagery, stress management, and wellness. She is an internationally published author, recording artist and speaker. Her books include Yoga Meditations: Timeless Mind-Body Practices; Desktop Yoga; 30 Scripts for Relaxation, Imagery and Inner Healing (2 volumes); and Mind-Body Mastery. Julie’s recordings include Real Relaxation-Yoga Nidra; Wholesome Relaxation; Power of Presence; Wholesome Energizers; Blue Moon Rising and others. She is former director of a holistic health center and was an assistant dean of students at a college. ABC, CBS, and NBC and numerous magazines have featured her work.
