Give your beloved and yourself the gift of Yoga this Valentine’s Day! Join Jacob and Kara to experience Yoga Two-gether™, a fun and creative way to get to know your partner on the mat. Experience a coordinated effort of deepening your own poses while assisting your partner. Partner Yoga is an exhilarating and joyful event. Above all, Yoga Two-gether™ is great fun!
YogaTwo-gether™ incorporates a full range of postures, including forward folds, back bends, twists, side bends, standing poses, sitting poses, and balance challenges. It’s an experience of finding inner trust and support of others. Yoga Two-gether™ is a unique form of partner Yoga in which two persons flow together from one Yoga pose to another, in a sequence of up to sixty poses. Also, the entire choreography is easier than other partner Yoga methods in that both practitioners use the same rights and lefts while executing identical poses throughout the flow. We will also explore the joy and depth of partner meditation. Beginners and people with limited flexibility, as well as experienced yogis seeking a new challenge in their Yoga practice will find joy and adventure in YogaTwo-gether™.
This weekend will be a wonderful opportunity to deepen your connection with your beloved as you share the many practices of Yoga, take time together in the sacred spaces of Yogaville and recharge in the majesty of Nature.
