Freedom Style Yoga at Yogaville (2)Erich Schiffmann is a one-of-a-kind teacher in the American Yoga world. His unique Freedom Yoga offers an intuitive approach to Yoga as the art of living. Using this approach, you meditate (listen inwardly for guidance) when you sit quietly, when you practice poses and throughout the rest of your day. From this inner connection, you act as you are prompted to—from within. While not an inherently strenuous practice, it is an advanced one, requiring courage to follow your deepest impulses about what feels right and what doesn’t—which isn’t always easy.

This weekend will include:

• Engaging group discussion

• Meditation

• Asana practice for all levels

• Breathwork

• Deep relaxation

You will learn to take cues from your inner guide and to move through poses safely and creatively with attention to the breath, your own limits and your body’s energy lines. Drawing on years of experience, Erich will help you develop deeper levels of self-trust based on the growing conviction that you are the specific and unique self-expression of Life, Love, Truth, Omnipresence, God, Guru and Self.
