Breath = Life: Pranayama Workshop
with Bhaktan Eberle
Everything in life is made of prana (energy). Nature mysteriously coordinates the flow of this energy in our systems with the flow of the breath. Pranayama (Yoga breathing) practice has astonishing benefits—from dramatically increased energy, powerful digestion and nerves of steel all the way up to directly experiencing the energy that makes up everything.
In spite of all this, very few practice pranayama regularly. While developing a regular practice (beginning in 1973), Bhaktan had to face and overcome countless obstacles. In this weekend he will open his trove of secrets—you will receive every tool you need to build your own practice.
Rather than make an attempt to tour the galaxy of pranayama techniques, the workshop will go deep into a few simple but very powerful practices.
Because of its focus on little-known basics, the workshop is suitable for all levels.
Bhaktan Eberle became an Integral Yoga teacher in 1973. Through pranayama and introspection he was completely healed of very serious back problems and has for many years enjoyed excellent health and a constantly increasing level of energy. His teaching comes from long study tempered in the fire of personal experience.
“I was impressed. It was so productive. I didn’t think so much could unfold so quickly.”
