During this program on recovery you will participate in and understand the need for the physical dimension of healing from addiction, including yogic diet and the daily practice of Yoga asanas (physical exercises suitable for all levels), pranayama (breathing exercises) and conscious relaxation.
On our mat, just as in life, how we place one asana after another, or one foot after another affects how and what we experience in our practice and lives.
