Host an IY Event

  Would you like us to bring the Integral Yoga Teachings to you and your students? You can host an Integral Yoga workshop in your town with one of our senior teachers.

Arrangements can be made for various types of gatherings, from lectures, evening programs and weekend workshops on a variety of subjects. These events are wonderful for sharing the teachings of Yoga, inner exploration and create dynamic opportunities to connect with the deeper meaning of Integral Yoga.

We have a wealth of topics and subjects that can be presented as either (1) short lectures of 11/2 to 2 hours in duration, (2) as 4 hour seminars, or (3) as one or two-day workshops.

Following you will find information on our speakers, many of the topics they are expert in presenting and even brief descriptions of those topics or workshops. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any and all questions you may have as we consider it a blessing to bring these Teachings to any and all that desire them. We are available to consult with you and assist you in any manner necessary.

To host or sponsor a workshop includes:

  • gathering a group of 15+ people,
  • finding an appropriate space to hold the event [Yoga studio or other large space],
  • taking registrations and payments [sample forms available],
  • publicizing and promoting the event.

Together we can decide the length of the program (evening, day or weekend), content, timing, program description and price that will suit the needs of you and your students.

Regarding financial matters:

  • The sponsor or host deducts all expenses (maximum amount agreed upon ahead of time); including the teacher's travel expenses from the gross income.
  • You, as the sponsor or host, will receive 30% of income after expenses. (Some sponsors choose to forego this percentage as a tax-deductible donation).
  • The remainder is divided among the institute and the senior teacher.

Together you can then decide on the topic, the length and the date. You may also discuss the availability of specific teachers or address any other questions and/or concerns you may have. 

Once the date, topic and length have been set, the program will be listed on the Integral Yoga Programs website and in our bi-monthly program updates email newsletter.
