ow do we learn humility? Only by putting ourselves in the field and doing
honest, hard work. Don't just sit and meditate or stand on your head for an
hour and a half at a time. Your ego will be boosted if you stand on your head
that long. It is when you put your hand in the mud and mire and do a dirty job
that you learn to be humble. Humility is a great virtue. It shows the purity of
the mind.
